We perform plan reviews and inspections on newly constructed buildings. Our work also covers the renovations on existing facilities. We are registered accessibilty specialists licensed in the state of Texas and members of the TRASA, Texas Registered Accessibility Specialist Association.

We have consulted and worked on projects in the states of Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee and New Jersey.

Texas law requires that most non-residential construction projects with a construction value over $50,000 be reviewed and inspected for compliance with the Texas Architectural Barriers Act (Texas Accessibility Standards). Construction Documents must be sent for Plan Review within 5 days of being issued to the owner. A compliance inspection must be conducted within one year of substantial completion of construction.
